The former farmer’s house ‘Santissima Annunziata’ is situated just outside the small town of Capannoli
On the first floor you’ll find a large kitchen and two living rooms, and on the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms:
One with double bed and single bed.
One with double bed and twio single beds.
One with two single beds.
There is a double sofabed in one of the living rooms, eventually for the two extra persons.

In front of the house there’s the garden, overlooking the countryside. Plenty of space between the olive trees. The owners have placed garden furniture.
