The ‘Podere Molino’ is a large farmhouse, situated 1 km outside the municipality of “ Fabbrica di Peccioli”, and the apartment is situated on a 500 m distance of the river Era. One can walk to the river to paddle.
Podere Molino has two large holiday apartments.
‘Caminetto’ is situated on the ground floor, and has a living room with a big kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment has a direct entrance to the garden, with a beautiful view on the hills.
There are many fruit trees on the grounds, which provide free fruit in the summer.
