The ' Villa Sofia ' is located just outside Marti. You walk in 5 minutes to the Centre of this cosy town. You will find beautiful hiking area around Marti. The house has a very strategic location for visiting the cultural cities. In a 15-minute drive, one reaches the Superstrada closeby, but without any noise reaching the villa. Quiet large garden with view on the beautiful hills of Tuscany.
Next to the house, on the front, covering the entire width, you have a spacious terrace, from where you can go to the pool area, or to the large playground, the two separated by a pergola.
From this rural tranquility the Superstrada brings you quickly to the various cultural cities Pisa, Florence and Siena.
You will rent the entire Villa Sofia, and you will have the private garden and swimming pool for yourself. One walks from the terrace in the spacious living room, nice and cool in the summer, with dining table and seating area. Next to the living room a living kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor, giving on to the terrace, the three bedrooms, all with double bed. Two bathrooms on the ground floor.
You go to the first floor, using the spacious staircase. You enter in another spacious livingroom. On the first floor other three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds, and one with double and single bed) and two bathrooms. There is another small kitchen, with balcony
The owners - this characteristic villa is in the family for centuries - have decorated their villa with great taste.

The small town of Marti (900 inhabitants) is situated approximately 4 km from the Superstrada FiPiLi (Firenze - Pisa - Livorno) nearby Montopoli in 'Val d'Arno'. Even with the superstrada closeby, which is very comfortable for visiting the cultural cities Pisa, Florence, Siena, the beach etc., you will experience absolute quiet here.
The surroundings of Marti are woody, with splendid views on the hilly landscape. All that makes It an outstanding walking area.
