The quiet and small-scale agriturismo 'Il Poderino' is beautifully situated in the Tuscan hills, on only a few kilometres from the famous health resort 'Casciana Terme' and just outside the splendid village of Chianni. The young owners David and Daniela Vinci (brother and sister) created four tasteful furnished apartments and three B&B-rooms, with nice wallpaintings and 'trompe 'oeil's' made by Daniela herself. David likes to surprise his guests with a 'pizza sorpresa', home made pizzas out of an original woodoven. There is a beautiful panoramic swimming pool and a nice garden with wooden 'tettoia' (covered terrace).
'Bilo +' is a combination of an apartment and a B&B-room.
Then you have a livingroom with kitchen area and double sofabed, a bedroom (double bed) and bathroom (shower) and a separate (so, not in the apartement) comfortable bedroom (double bed) with private bathroom (shower). Very appropriate for families with older children or for two or three couples who want to spend their holiday together.

About Chianni
The beautiful little village of Chianni (900 inhabitants) with its medieval centre, lies 35 km south west of Pisa. The splendid sloping landscape north east of Chianni, changes its colours from season to season, with the cultivation of grains. South west of Chianni the landscape becomes more hilly and wooded.
Every wednesday evening there is the organic market of Chianni.
Chianni has an attractive public swimming pool.
Nearby you find the SPA of 'Casciana Terme' . Clients have a discount on the entrance fee for the thermal baths. On Thursday morning you can go to the market in Casciana Terme.
