The house Collina is a recently restored house on a large slightly sloping terrain (6000 m2) with beautiful panoramic views just outside Chianni. There are four apartments and a private swimming pool. The whole terrain as well as the swimming pool area is well fenced off, therefore very safe for little children. The apartments on the ground floor have their own private terrace near the apartment. The owners have taken care of putting a table tennis, a billiard etc on their terrain.
The apartment Leonardo is on the first floor and has a large living room with kitchen area and fire place. This living room has direct access to the private terrace (20 m2). There are three large bedrooms (two with double bed and one with double bed and single bed) and two bathrooms (both with shower, bidet, wc, washing stand). The bedrooms are that large that every bedroom could have an extra bed (total of 9 persons).
As a welcome, on Saturday the owners prepare you a nice meal, which is free of charges. And at the end of your stay, you will receive a small tuscan souvenir, just to remember this marvelous spot, and its lovely owners.

About Chianni
The beautiful little village of Chianni (900 inhabitants) with its medieval centre, lies 35 km south west of Pisa. The splendid sloping landscape north east of Chianni, changes its colours from season to season, with the cultivation of grains. South west of Chianni the landscape becomes more hilly and wooded.
Every wednesday evening there is the organic market of Chianni.
Chianni has an attractive public swimming pool.
Nearby you find the SPA of 'Casciana Terme' . Clients have a discount on the entrance fee for the thermal baths. On Thursday morning you can go to the market in Casciana Terme.
