Ripe - Uno
Le ripe is a holiday home commune in the municipality Palaia. It is an old farm (Fattoria) transformed into a complex of three separate buildings containing 10 apartments. The compound has a shared pool and as visible on the pictures the location has a marvellous panoramic view.
The owners have different nationalities, and the apartments have been restored in original Tuscany style, the owners have followed their preferences when they were renovating.

We rent out two holiday apartments located the one next to the other on the ground floor, with beautiful sun covered terraces.
It is a special place in the non stop sloping landscape.

Le Ripe - Uno has a living room with a lounge area, a diner area, and a nice kitchen, with a dish washer, oven, espresso-machine, big American fridge with a freezing department and an integrated ice cube machine.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a 2p-bed, another with two 1p-beds, and the other one with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms both with a toilet, washbasin and shower.
The living room and the kitchen are connected to the terrace, with its nice garden furniture.

About Palaia
The splendid medieval little town Palaia (900 inhabitants) has much activity. One imagines oneself in the past, when one sees the old crafts, practiced in the village. There are shops, some bars, terraces, restaurants, a 'gelateria' (ice-cream), pizzeria,postoffice, bank etc. without the village losing its authenticity.
In the middle of the village is the 'Rocca' a rock, that one can climb and from where one has a splendid view. Just a little outside of Palaia there is the church 'Pieve di San Martino'. The panoramic views in and around Palaia are fabulous.
In the surroundings of Palaia beautiful walks can be made. Tenants get descriptions for these walks, a map, and tips for restaurants, markets, dinners at home of individuals, cook at your home adress, tasting of Tuscan dishes etc.
