The Valore Fattoria near Morrona / Terricciola consists of six large apartments: two of them over the winery and four carefully prepared character apartments in a restored farmhouse opposite.
The Fattoria is surrounded by its own vineyards.
The estate produces some 200,000 bottles per year of Chianti and Vino Superiore which clients can purchase at low prices. One can even help with the fruit picking, when being there in autumn.
Horse riding close by. Several good restaurants and a supermarket in the area. Ponsacco has a good market to buy fresh local products
Within the estate there is a delightful swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth from 1.20m to 2.40) where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Small building near the pool where you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board, and fridge for the use of all guests. Barbecue. Small play area for young children. Covered car parking area. Wireless internet available.

The apartment Chianti is reached by an external stone staircase. There is a small covered terrace at the top giving access to Chianti and also to the identical San Torpé. The private front door leads into a large living room with fireplace and kitchen area. There is a large bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, windows with nice views. Private area in the garden, under covered loggia at the end of the building overlooking the pool.

About Terricciola
Where are the grapes sweeter, if not in the area of Terricciola? By the excellent location, sheltered against the wind, and by the good terroir, the most delicious wines are being produced here. Many vineyards in this beautiful Tuscan countryside, with some small villages, how else, formed a wine domain. The region is also known for its strawberries. In the beginning of May, you have la 'Sagra della Fragola ' (the Festival of the Strawberry). Terricciola is the birthplace of the singer Andrea Bocelli, who, every year in July organises a beautiful concert in his open-air Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico.
The countryside is very suitable for walks and bike touring. With the car you arrive in 10 minutes in the spa resort of Casciana Terme (5km), and Volterra is also nearby. The place, being located in the centre of the famous Tuscan cultural cities, you can here enjoy the pleasures of Tuscan nature and culture.
