This small and comfortable Bed & Breakfast consists of 6 rooms, each with its own bathroom. There is a huge L-shaped living room where people can sit quietly, without being disturbed by the other guests. This living room gives on to the terrace and garden, as well as to the swimming pool. Breakfast is also served outside by Ilaria, the kind owner of this B&B.
La Volpe Rossa is just outside of Boschi di Lari, where is a restaurant, convenient because you can easily walk to go there. Lari is at a distance of two kilometres.
The situation in regard to Pisa Airport is very favourable. A 15 to 20 minutes drive brings you to the place of destination. Useful for those who are flying on a different day than the Saturday. They can stay here for a few days, regardless the Saturdays. The price per night is 90 euros, breakfast included, as well as the cost of airconditioning, cleaning, linen service etc. Stay here for the whole week and you pay 500 euro in mid and low seaon, and 600 in high season

About Lari
The area around the little town of Lari (1500 inhabitants), not far from the sea, is well known for its nice and healthy climate, as a result of which it is, for already a very long time, a place to be for the wealthy Italians. In the course of the previous centuries many villas have been built.
In the centre of Lari you find the 'Castello di Lari', which is very interesting for its nice tour and its museum. During this tour you can enjoy the splendid hilly landscape. In the castle theater and musical festivals are organised
On approximately 5 km you can find the health resort 'Casciana Terme'.
Lari has shops and a couple of good restaurants. By the end of May they have there 'cherry feast.'
From October until end December you can go hunting with the locals. In the Christmas period there is a living Stable to be admired: the whole village will be transformed into Betlehem.
This area is also a very good walking area.
