‘Villa Sofia’ er beliggende lidt uden for den hyggelige by Marti. Det er et skønt vandreområde og strategisk godt placeret hvis man ønsker at besøge kulturbyerne.
Her lejes hele ’Villa Sofia’, med privat have og privat svømmebassin.
I stueetagen findes en stor stue, et stort køkken, 3 soveværelser (med dobbeltseng) et to badeværelser (toilet, bidet, håndvask, bruser).

The ' Villa Sofia ' is located just outside Marti. You walk in 5 minutes to the Centre of this cosy town. You will find beautiful hiking area around Marti. The house has a very strategic location for visiting the cultural cities. In a 15-minute drive, one reaches the Superstrada closeby, but without any noise reaching the villa. Quiet large garden with view on the beautiful hills of Tuscany.
Next to the house, on the front, covering the entire width, you have a spacious terrace, from where you can go to the pool area, or to the large playground, the two separated by a pergola.
From this rural tranquility the Superstrada brings you quickly to the various cultural cities Pisa, Florence and Siena.
You will rent the entire Villa Sofia, and you will have the private garden and swimming pool for yourself. One walks from the terrace in the spacious living room, nice and cool in the summer, with dining table and seating area. Next to the living room a living kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor, giving on to the terrace, the three bedrooms, all with double bed. Two bathrooms on the ground floor.
You go to the first floor, using the spacious staircase. You enter in another spacious livingroom. On the first floor other three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds, and one with double and single bed) and two bathrooms. There is another small kitchen, with balcony
The owners - this characteristic villa is in the family for centuries - have decorated their villa with great taste.

Landsbyen Marti med sine 900 indbyggere, er beliggende ca 4km fra Superstrada FiPiLi (Firenze - Pisa – Livorno) og i nærheden af ’Montopoli’ i ’Val d'Arno’. Selvom afstanden ikke er stor, findes her absolut ro og stilhed.
At Superstrada FiPiLi ligger så tæt på er praktisk hvis man ønsker at besøge en af de nærmeste kulturbyer, såsom Pisa, Firenze og Siena. Også kysten er hurtig tilgængelig.
Landskabet ved Marti er et let skovområde, med smukke udsigter fra bakketoppen. Her findes gode vandrestier.
