The agriturismo 'Orti' is situated on a 2 km distance of Montaione. Orti is a 'borgo' with it's own little church. The agriturismo has 14 appartments, and also one common room with satelite-television, and it has a swimming pool. The owners also live on the grounds.
Beside their agriturismo wich they maintain perfectly, the owners also have a big piece of land. Guests can buy products from their land like, wine, olive oil, honey, eggs, grappa, vegetables and fruits of the season. There is also a daily bakery service.
In their restaurant (exlusively for the guests of Orti) the owners organise tuscan meals for a cheap price.
The appartment 'Enrica - 1' is situated on the first floor, it has a livingroom with kitchen area, bedroom (2p-bed) and a bathroom (toilet, bidet, wash-hand basin, shower). One can reach the appartment by using a short inside staircase.

About Montaione
The surroundings of Montaione (3000 inhabitants) are marvelous. Therefore Roberto Benigni used this scenery as a background for his film 'Pinocchio'. Gently sloping hills are varied with woody areas.
The small town is situated rather high, and therefore you have beautiful views from there. It is a very lively place with nice shops, hotels, restaurants, bars etc. Is is also a very good walking area.
