The estate has recently been restored and the owners have brought new life to this former farmhouse, adding many modern amenities, without compromising the traditional Tuscan architecture of the 18th century.
“Podere Le Colombaie” offers 2 fully independent lovely accomodations: “Il Fienile” a selfcontained cottage and “La Terrazza” a spacious apartment with splendid views; both are charmingly furnished focused on comfort and leisure, having particulary beautiful private outdoor premisis, just ideal for al fresco eating!
The kitchens and bathrooms are perfectly equipped and the rooms are tastefully decorated including some antiques, creating a relaxed welcoming atmosphere.
The pool (with sea -alt system, 6x12 meters) is surrounded by a wide and well tended garden area, in a delightful position overlooking olive groves, orchards and fields, conveying an authentic Tuscan ambiente. A furnished Pergola for relaxing is adjacent to the pool.
The friendly owners, Laura and Giacomo, live on the property too and personally welcome their guests.
Terrazza: an external staircase brings us to the apartment: spacious and inviting living room with open fireplace and direct access to the splendid terrace (table & chairs). Furthermore there is the kitchen, and there are: 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom; 1 spacious bathroom (tub & shower);
