The house 'Carvana' is situated on approximately 2 km from the high lying little village of 'Santa Maria a Monte', with an interesting historical centre. The village has a number of shops and restaurants. The house is in a quiet area, about 5 km north of the Superstrada FiPiLi (Firenze - Pisa - Livorno), with the advantage of easy access to the cultural cities and the beach, and at the same time the quietness of the country life can be enjoyed. The surrounding landscape is hilly and varied with woody areas.
